A powerful attacker that can instantly defeat any enemy under the right conditions, Cerberus can give you a bad day in the Battle League if you are dependent on witches who need to self-revive themselves to be more powerful.

However, Cerberus is held back by the low attack count of her skills, which makes her vulnerable against enemies who use multi-barriers. The conditions for her instant defeat skill are also rather specific and can be avoided by allies who have the ability to heal themselves.

Storm of Tartarus	Level 1 (Unlocks by level 11) Deals 3 physical attacks equal to 380% of her ATK to the enemy with the lowest remaining HP percentage.
	Level 2 (Unlocks by level 21) Additionally, if the target is not defeated by this skill’s physical attacks, their remaining HP percentage is 15% or lower, and their current HP is lower than 1500% of Cerberus’s ATK, they are immediately defeated.
	Level 3 (Unlocks by level 101) The number of physical attacks becomes 5.
	Level 4 (Unlocks by level 181) The physical attacks’ damage becomes equal to 480% of her ATK.

Cerberus' most powerful ability is her second active skill, Storm of Tartarus. Its conditions allow her to instantly defeat any enemy that can self-revive themselves such as Amleth (yes, even with her Immortality buff) and Rusalka, as well as anyone unlucky enough to fall within 15% of their HP or lower and 1500% of Cerberus' ATK.

This makes it dangerous for those units to fight her. Attackers who can heal themselves or steal HP also become very useful since they can avoid falling within the conditions needed by Cerberus' skill.

Cerberus also has the ability to halve an enemy's defense against physical attacks for one turn, making her a good debuffer to blunt enemies with. Meanwhile, her second passive skill, Uncontrollable Heart, increases her ATK by up to 40%, as well as her chance to deal a critical hit by 20%, giving both Wailing Lightning Claws (first active skill) and Storm of Tartarus (second active skill) a damage boost.

Tainted Iris' Force Field protects her allies from damage that exceeds 20% of their HP by cutting that damage by half. This makes it harder for Cerberus to catch any enemy within the window she needs to instantly defeat them.

Fia has self-healing abilities that allow her to drain HP from enemies. She can also boost the HP of two adjacent allies, making them more resistant to Cerberus' second active skill. Sivi, on the other hand, can cut up to 40% of the damage she takes, increasing her chances of surviving the second turn while fighting Cerberus.

Fia & Iris Counter Team

Fia and Cordie will be your main attackers, with Fia having the added bonus of boosting Cordie and Tainted Iris' HP. Tainted Iris will also give a Force Field to the ally with the highest ATK (which could either be Fia or Cordie), cutting the damage they get from Cerberus' team. Merlyn will cleanse Cordie's debuffs and raise her CRIT, while Mimi's there to add more damage to her Resonance ability.

Once Amleth is defeated and revived afterward, her HP will be within the range Cerberus needs to instantly defeat her with her second active skill. This is the same deal with Rusalka.
